Reception celebrated Earth Day. We explored lots of different thing to do with the earth. We had ice in our water tray and discussed how ice is formed, we planted grass seeds to replenish our forest and garden areas, we explored different animals and their habitats, and we created our own blossom trees.

Nursery explored bugs in the garden for Earth Day. They hunted with magnifying glasses and were careful when they held them. They also explored how plants grow and had a go and planting their own.

Year 2 made bug hotels to celebrate Earth Day!
