Intent
In accordance with the current Government Validation Notice and review of phonics provision, we will be continuing to follow the Floppy’s Phonics scheme of work which has recently been validated as a suitable scheme to follow. At Moseley Primary School we are committed to delivering excellence in the teaching of Phonics. Our aim is to develop each child so that they are able to read with fluency and develop a love of reading. We understand the importance of early phonics and speaking and listening skills in order to give children the best start to learning phonics.
