Anemometers
We made anemometers to measure the wind speed. Our anemometers could show us when the wind was blowing faster or slower.
Maps
We built a map of the United Kingdom. We spoke about the shape of the different countries and which countries border others. We learnt that England is the largest country in the United Kingdom.
Making Rain
We have been learning about different types of weather. We conducted a 'rain in a cup' experiment and
learnt about how clouds fill with water, water vapour or ice to cause rain.
